User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I removed the lines referring to font size and font family in the menu captions and menu items for the select drop down. Actual results: No longer sets the font size to message-box and the font size doesn't scale for menu items and menu captions in the select drop down. Expected results: It will no longer scale the font size and set the font family to message-box for menu items and menu captions in the select drop down.

Please attach this as a *patch* to bug 1316404. That bug is already on file and better explains why we should be removing these.
