1318606 - Implement "Switch to tab" when opening already existing link in tab from external source

Device: Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE (Android 6.0.1);
Build: Beta 51.0b1;

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a link in a tab and add it to the homescreen 
2. Minimize the app and open the link from the homescreen


Expected result:
Firefox should check and mark the link as duplicate and resume the already existing tab and not duplicate it.

Note. This is also available for "open in browser" feature
