When the debugger is paused on an breakpoint user isn't informed clearly the site is paused

STR:
1. I create a breakpoint
2. Breakpoint fires
3. I don't see any indication I am paused
In Chrome and other browsers the page dims and there is a clear play button. I could have sworn I have seen that behaviour in Firefox before is it a regression?
