I know this image has changed since I originally created it, but logging in via interactive loaner leaves me with no option for resizing, moving, or switching windows.

compiz is running, there is no bar at the top of the screen, and when I mouse over the window elements, I get a old school low res X.
I know a lot of work has been done on this image, and I believe it's working ok now.  Can this be close Joel?

I just tried a loaner and the windows do not move :(  I think we should keep this open

Found in triage.

Joel: is this still happening? I'm pretty sure the TC team didn't create this test image.

this is still a problem.  When Armen and I created the image originally there were movable windows.  Since we have lived this long with the problem it doesn't seem to be affecting our automation and we should close this out.

Unfortunately there is no team that "owns" this image and acts as a final reviewer for the large set of changes that take place over time.
