Steps to reproduce:

1) Make sure at least two or more tabs are open
2) Select "Show my home page" and "Use Current Pages" in the General tab of Options in the Startup submenu.
3) Close Firefox
4) Reopen Firefox


Actual results:

Only the first tab is displayed with the correct URL, or a blank tab


Expected results:

A correct number of tabs, each with the correct URL, should be displayed.

(Note: error does not happen prior to Firefox 50.0)

Could you test with a fresh profile, please. Same issue?

The issue doesn't persist on closing and reopening Firefox during a single OS session on the new profile.  If you reboot the computer, however, the issue returns...

On my primary profile, it also appears to intermittently occur.

I couldn't manage to reproduce this issue. Since the bug was logged 5 years ago, most likely isn't reproducible anymore for the reporter also.
