Details
Bug 1316970 added showPrompt="true" to the update xml for Firefox 45 clients. This bug is for analyzing whether this gets clients to update to a newer version. In the case of Firefox 45 they will update to 47.0.2.
Note: Bug 1316970 only added this for Windows clients. If we determine the affect this change causes is worthwhile we'll do this for all platforms.

My initial investigation into this showed that it had little affect. I'm not going to spend any addition time evaluating this.
