returns bugs such as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1151899 which do not contain those tags.

Also, I'm looking for a way to narrow that search down to bugs that have had the spam, offtopic, off-topic, or advocacy tags added to comments in the past day.
