when i want to go to a full screen mode and have underneath my browser window
some other window, as i press F11 and the window goes to full screen one line
from the other window appears. but it doesnt happen with all windows, that i put
under browser...
and also the page icon (i.e. arrow in front of http:// stays for a while on its
place, than jumps one line up and then finally ends up in the line , where it
belongs

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  see "description"

the line appears only when i have my report (Log Viewer) from Sygate Personal
Firewall underneath the browser. it is a excel like table with selectable lines.
