Junk mail controls don't run for new mail retrieved on timer, so message is not scored, if user is currently in folder. Works for Manual Get New Messages.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161104212021 Steps to reproduce: Install Junquilla Addon and add spam % column so you can see if a message has been checked for spam. Set e-mail account to check for new email automatically (I've set it to every 1 minute for testing). Go to any message folder (or root inbox folder). From somewhere else (phone, webmail etc.) send an email to yourself which will be filtered to the message folder you are currently in (or to the inbox if you are in the inbox). Actual results: When the e-mail arrives, it is not checked against the Junk mail controls. No %age spam figure is listed. In a real life scenario (i.e. not testing by sending yourself an e-mail) if you happen to be in the folder when a spam e-mail comes in, it is not checked and is therefore not moved to spam. Everything works OK if you do a manual send/receive. Any mail that comes in at the same time and is filtered to a folder you are *not* in gets checked OK and given a spam %. Expected results: When the e-mail arrives it should be checked against junk mail controls and give a spam % figure and moved if above the spam threshold.
