With the introduction of https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-server/pull/1466, the email bounce service now logs the email template that was bounced. Unfortunately, the logging does not happen in production environment even though it happens in the stage environment.

Both environments have the forward email headers option in SES enabled per https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/ses/amazon-ses-now-includes-original-message-headers-in-notifications.

:jbuck :jgrm is there anything else we can try to troubleshoot this?
This came up in backend meeting today, :jbuck is hoping to find some time to dive in more this week.
We figured this out, there were some AWS SES settings that had to be tweaked in production.
