When I enter "mochitest-1" in the Filter Platforms & Jobs text box, jobs are limited to mochitest-1*, including mochitest-10,11...19. I cannot limit the jobs to only mochitest-1 - a little annoying. Maybe a recent change, or I just didn't notice this before?
Add a ')' after the '1' and it will only show the mochitest-1's. It's always been like this, iirc.

I think for some people the substring matching will be a feature and not a bug. Given there is a workaround, and we already have bug 1193778 for adding more advanced search operators (which could include supporting quotes around exact strings), I think we should close this one out for now.
