Several app store reviews mention that they either mistook that icon for the "share" icon, or they wanted a prompt first to explain what happens next, e.g. that the website you are about to open in Safari/Firefox is actually not going to be private.
Might be helpful to show the same style bottom anchored dialog that draws up akin to the activating other content blockers in settings.

Essentially a one time, "I understand" dialog
We're changing the behavior of this button to simply open the normal iOS share menu, so morphing this bug.
