Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the date of the smaller, not less than 12 days
2. View in Firefox
3. If the error came "One or more of installed add-ons may not be tested, so they have been disabled."
4. Then go to "Extensions" and make sure that the "Extensions (Disabled)"
Actual results:
Expansion disabled (you can only delete)
Expected results:
1. Expansion disabled (It can be updated)
2. The extension will work correctly after the correction date.
