Shortcut issue reader mode with another keyboard layout (french bépo (dvorak))

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install bépo layout (
2. Go on a article website.
3. Try Ctrl + Alt + R (on Windows) to activate Reader Mode

Actual results:

Nothing. Clicking the button in the adresse bar works. Changing layout to standard french and press Ctrl + Alt + R works as expected.

Expected results:

Should have gone into Reader Mode.
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10

I think the shortcut enabling Reader Mode was introduced in this version (50). Not sure.

I don't know if it worked previously. If I had to say anyway, I'd say it didn't.
