The build fails with:
snorp: /home/blassey/.mozbuild/android-sdk-linux/build-tools/23.0.1/aapt: 2: /home/blassey/.mozbuild/android-sdk-linux/build-tools/23.0.1/aapt: Syntax error: newline unexpected (expecting ")")

Running it directly, I get bash: /home/blassey/.mozbuild/android-sdk-linux/build-tools/23.0.1/aapt: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

This is the aapt that |mach bootstrap| installs
