We can disable XP in the buildbot-configs as of Firefox 53.

Thunderbird should follow Firefox on this. I am a bit surprised there is no clear comment about the timeline that was finally decided on in bug 1130266, but as Firefox has disabled tests for 53, no doubt XP-only failures will start to happen (and it appears bug 1319902 may be the first example).
