User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161114215630 Steps to reproduce: 1. place some toolbar buttons on the bookmarks toolbar 2. open the browser console 3. type the following command: document.getElementById("nav-bar").collapsed = true Actual results: The toolbar buttons are no longer working. When I click on them, nothing happens. Except for the download button, which still works, for some reason. Expected results: The toolbar buttons should work normally, even when the nav-bar is collapsed. They usually show a little menu when you click on them.

I can reproduce in FF33, so not a recent issue.

Which buttons? The video isn't viewable for me. I'm pretty sure most buttons (bookmarks, home button) will continue to work in other toolbars. I suspect this is just a dupe of bug 1227540. We don't support hiding the navbar.

Button like the devtools. The submenu with all tools doesn't appear when clicking on it.

(In reply to Loic from comment #3) > Button like the devtools. The submenu with all tools doesn't appear when > clicking on it. Right, that's a dupe of bug 1227540, then.
