The link of the crash signature only shows 7 crash reports, and all are from build 20161121030224. Why does comment 0 say it first appeared in build 20160912030421?

The first one is bp-c5280e9f-d7cf-4124-a3fa-e15fb2160913
There are other 5 crashes from different builds. Maybe they came from a single user with faulty memory.

Actually they have different hardware configurations so it's less likely they are from the same installation.
