1320109 - The user is not able to create a new sync account in private window

Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox using private window.
2.Go to about:preferences#sync and click the Create Account button.
3.Fill the form and click the Create account button.

[Expected Results]:
The account is created and a confirmation email is sent.

[Actual Results]:
The account is not created. The "Working..." message is displayed: http://screencast.com/t/n1ermstvgtf
And the following error is displayed in the browser console: account_updates error message. No Such Channel  WebChannel.jsm:143

[Additional notes]:
This issue is also reproducing when the user tries to sign in to sync using private window.
This issue is not reproducing in normal window.
