drag and drop links to download manager
It would be cool to be able to drag a link from a webpage and drop it on the download manager to start a download. It would do the same as right clicking the link and choosing "Save Link As". Alternatively, the dlmgr prefs window could have a default download directory so that drag and dropping to the dlmgr window would automatically start the download to that directory.
Summary: drag and drop links to dlmgr → drag and drop links to download manager
Summary: drag and drop links to download manager → [RFE] drag and drop links to download manager

Works for me in SeaMonkey 2.1 nightlies, I think we fixed this with the new Download Manager UI in 2.0, actually.
