132033 - Menus/toolbars not rendering properly

No graphics are being displayed on the menu/toolbars, or in dialog boxes, and
all text is in the wrong font.

I'll attach a screenshot, because the above decription is really bad :)

Also right-click does nothing. This basically makes Mozilla useless, because I
can't get to preferences or anything.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start the browser

Actual Results:  Everything looks bad!

Expected Results:  Showed everything properly!

This occurred after installing build 2002031903. A build from a week or so ago
that I had installed previously worked fine.

Yep -- I see it too in Build 2002031903 Win2K. It worked fine with yesterday's
build.

This seems now to be fixed with installer build 2002031903
The talkback-zip file is corrupted though.

confirmed and marking worksforme. Temporary build weirdness or something. Reopen
it anyone if it appears again.
