I just pushed out Everett 0.6 which includes a .get_runtime_config() method which should allow us to nix all the LogConfigMixin stuff and replace it with a simple loop.

This bug covers updating Antenna to use Everett 0.6 and removing the LogConfigMixin stuff.
Grabbing this to do now. Making this block bug #1315258 since Everett 0.6 also has much improved error messages which will make it easier to get Antenna configured correctly on -dev, -stage and -prod environments.
