Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Build ID: 20161115214506
Steps to reproduce:
Working on my dual-screen XFCE desktop session on Debian testing (firefox-esr actually).
I'm starting firefox from the primary screen (from command-line at a terminal's prompt), with the profile manager dialog prompt activated upon startup.
Actual results:
The profile selection dialog appears on the secondary screen
Firefox later starts maximized on the primary screen.
Expected results:
The profile selection dialog should appear on the primary screen where the terminal from which firefix is started is located.

Does xrandr indicate that the terminal's screen is the primary?
If not, then this is bug 519404.

@karlt You're right, it's the lack of primary setting in xrandr actually. Will close then.
Thanks a bunch
