User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20161128004004 Steps to reproduce: 1. Switch to Dark Theme under Add-ons > Appearance in Nightly; or use Developer Edition 2. Start Private Mode Actual results: There's a slight 1px white border at top. See screenshot. I noticed this under Linux and Windows, too. Expected results: There should be no white 1px border. Like in normal mode or like in Light Theme's private mode, where there's no such white 1px line. I did a mozregression and this visual bug is present back until March 2015. So probably not a regression but has been around always probably.
