Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to Dark Theme under Add-ons > Appearance in Nightly; or use Developer Edition
2. Start Private Mode


Actual results:

There's a slight 1px white border at top. See screenshot. I noticed this under Linux and Windows, too. 


Expected results:

There should be no white 1px border. Like in normal mode or like in Light Theme's private mode, where there's no such white 1px line.

I did a mozregression and this visual bug is present back until March 2015. So probably not a regression but has been around always probably.
