I originally saw this with a specific revision, e.g. https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/log/1f5630faef26 which is the most current revision, but even https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/log (linked from the front page of https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/ as "changelog") returns a 500 Internal Server Error.
This is fixed.
