The community domain mozilla.fr uses the mail server mail.mozilla-europe.org which is the server 212.23.177.143 / longimanus.requin.jmsp.net

This mail server is not responding

I never managed the mail server for mozilla-europe.org

I used to manage that server, but I don't know what happened to it. I haven't accessed it in years.
As this is still down and appears unmanaged and since email users would have been not getting email for at least the past 8 months I've asked to have the MX record removed in Bug 1386813
