Details

Mike reported yesterday both trying auth0 passwordless login and not receiving the email as well as receiving it but only after 15-30 minutes. I've enabled notifications for all bounces and complaints in AWS SES. I've also temporarily enabled notifications in the auth0 dev environment for all successful email deliveries (to get details about delayed delivery). Mike, when you have a chance, please visit https://testrp.security.allizom.org/ and try logging in to one of the grey sign in buttons with passwordless login. Please note the exact date/time (with seconds) of when you click the send button in the form so I can see how long it takes to get places

So we've tested this a few times now that we're logging all deliveries in dev and all failures in prod and haven't been able to reproduce the delivery failure or the delayed delivery. If this happens again Mike said he'll let us know.
