When the "My Netscape" link is clicked from the browser home page, a
"pre-personalization" pop-up window appears with a zip code text field, a
birthdate text field and a "Submit" button.  When a valid zip code and birthdate
are entered into these fields, and the "Submit" button is clicked on, the pop-up
window disappears momentarily, and then pops up again with all text fields
cleared.  It also does not appear that the input entered into these fields
updates the "My Netscape" home page in any way.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Browser
2. Click on the "My Netscape" link at the top of the page.
3. Enter a valid zip code and birth date into the text field.
4. Click on the "Submit" button.

Actual Results:  The "pre-personalization" pop-up window disappears momentarily,
and then pops up again with all text fields cleared.  The pop-up window appears
to be part of an unintentional, virtually infinite loop.  The pop-up window only
disappears when the user clicks on the 'x' in the upper right corner.  Also, the
input entered into the text fields does not appear to update, or personalize,
the "My Netscape" home page in any way.

Expected Results:  The "pre-personalization" pop-up window should disappear
completely after the text fields are initially entered and the My Netscape home
page should reflect that the pre-personalization settings have been updated.

i don't get any pop-up window even though i deleted all cookies. please test one
more time and if you still see the problem attach the source of the pop-up page.

might be already fixed too.
