Upgraded to 50.0.2
Actual results:
Asks for site certificate or exception, or page doesn't load properly - everything is left justified without pictures
Expected results:
load pages normally
For the "or page doesn't load properly - everything is left justified without pictures", sounds like your network is not working properly, it is the pages or CSS loading fails.
Figured out what was going on with this - it was a setting in the virus protection (ESET). here are the links that apply.
