Details

In the patch I made for bug 131031 you can save the .ico files which are
attached to web pages, but the save as dialog doesn't default it to .ico. 
Instead it wants to save it as .ico.txt.
which particular images?  Url?
the favicon.ico on slashdot is the one I tested on.
