1322197 - Cannot add mail accounts after adding news account

To reproduce:

1. Add any mail accounts to a new MailNews profile.
2. Add a news account to said profile. This can be done, for example, by clicking a link to, for example, news://news.mozilla.org/mozilla.dev.apps.seamonkey.
3. Go to account settings and attempt to add a new account.

What should happen:

It should give an option for a mail account, news account &c.

What does happen:

It assumes you're adding a news account and will not let you create a mail account

This is likely a duplicate of bug 521861. There is a workaround in the bug. Please try it. I submitted a patch there but are currently bogged down with other things and didn't finish it yet.
