Steps to reproduce:

1. Installed Quick Heal Antivirus v17.00 from http://www.quickheal.co.in/download-free-antivirus
2. Open Safe Banking feature (Shortcut will be on desktop or locate from system tray icon)
3. Try to open any web site.


Actual results:

- We were unable to open any web site.
- Browsing was getting in loop.
- Even no error if unable to open site.


Expected results:

Web sites should get opened without any issue or barrier.

This appears to be a low volume issue that has since been resolved. They haven't been seeing any new occurrences of it.
