If you look at the upper left hand corner of the page, their is a large gap in the tan strip that travels up the right hand side of the page. I'm assuming that this is a their side issue and not a gecko issue.

WFM, checking with phoenix, I see no dissimilarity between IE and Gecko. In other words, I do not see the large gap in the tan strip that travels up right.
