Patch should not have "OLD" and "NEW" as file names but real file names and path instead.
It is unclear which page/file/place you're actually proposing to change.

I did not do the diff against a source file.

To make the diff, go to any package's advance bug entry fields form. E.g.,
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Firefox&format=__default__

I then did a diff from a scrape of the DOM.

My diff is so you can get a rough idea of what needs to be changed in the actual source distribution. Thanks.

You could have put your "diff" into two lines in the bug report description, okay... :)

This seems to be about the tooltip shown for the "Priority" label of the Priority dropdown.

In that case I don't consider your proposed change helpful - you remove the explanation what the field is used for and by who, and only leave information that "P1 is the highest" (highest what, and what does  being the highest mean?)

Also, using "P1" to "P5" values for the Priority field is specific to Mozilla Bugzilla. Other Bugzilla installations can use other names, so your proposed change only applies to Mozilla Bugzilla. Hence changing the product of this ticket from "Bugzilla" to "bugzilla.mozilla.org".

Well all I know is in some cultures higher numbers usually mean higher things, so do add a tip about it to the tooltip. Thanks.
