Steps to reproduce:

Firefox need to be restarted or crashes and freezes on my PC very often, most problems are when having more tabs and windows opened. In about:crashreport I see the crashreports, which I submitted. But onlny few of them seems to be processed, altough it is more than two months.

Expected results:

I thought that every sent crashreport is processed.

All of bp- reports are sent, others require you to confirm sending (either by a notification or by clicking them one by one).

Crash reports are a statistical and investigative clue that can not be individually handled because of the amount of information and lack of certain contexts / steps, unless it is popular (such as a top crash). When you fill in a bug (like this bug), you can post the report IDs, usually for hang or crashes.


These are my summary of the answer, I also have a lot of crash reports. Anyway, the above information is not obvious in GUI or documentation.

You should see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozillacrashreporter and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help

The first two are flash related. Click a crash report ID, then click the bugzilla tab and you will see
