ASan builds are more interesting than plain clang-cl builds.
I think we did this already, correct?

If you're asking do we have 64-bit clang-cl ASan builds, then yes, we have it in tier 3. Bug 1360120 is for promoting it to tier 2 but is now blocked by bug 1361256.
