User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0
Build ID: 20161129173726

Steps to reproduce:

Loaded up Firefox on a single 4k monitor, resolution 3840 x 2160. Moved my mouse to the top of the screen near multiple tabs to click on them.

Actual results:

The tab does not extend to the top of the screen, meaning when I click above any open tabs, it does not switch to that tab at all.

Expected results:

The tab extends to the top of screen on smaller resolutions, so when clicking anywhere near a tab, it switches to that tab.

In the file I am attaching, if you look closely at my current tab, you will notice a gap that is a few pixels long. Clicking anywhere in that does not switch the tabs like I want; when that should be extended to the top of the screen so any click on a tab, will open it up.
