We should be able to transfer frame focus by a simple single click inside the
appropriate frame; right now we actually need to drag the cursor/mouse inside
the appropriate frame (highlighting some text) in order to cause it to change focus.

I'm not sure what you mean.
The above testcase is two frames that display yahoo.
When I single click in either frame without dragging, page up and page down
work, as well as the tab key, so focus is in that frame.

WFM using build 2002.04.24,-03 on a W98Se
Reporter, have you tried if the same problem you mention occours in a recent Moz
build? If it works for you, can you please resolve?
