1322977 - Clarification in Instructions for Enrolling a Yubikey

Step 2 called "Configure Yubikey" can be expanded to show a set of instructions. I will quote a few of them:

> Make sure OATH Token identifier is UNCHECKED
> HOTP Length can be either 6 or 8 digits. Most people use 6.
> Moving factor seed can be fixed 0 

My notes:
1) "Most people use 6" is misleading. Choosing 8 does not work. Change to "For  HOTP Length select 6 Digits"
2) Here, the Yubikey personalization tool does not show a Moving Factor.

Documentation on the EUS side in mana and in the Hub Knowledge Base has the following info:

 Select Configuration Slot 1.
 Make sure OATH Token identifier is UNCHECKED.
 HOTP Length is 6 digits.
 Moving factor seed can be fixed 0.
