"If 300px is too wide to fit the device, UAs should use the width of the largest
rectangle that has a 2:1 ratio and fits the device instead."
I see we use a hardcoded 300 x 150 size in a few places. We should probably
compute these upfront in nsPresContext(?) and add DefaultIntrinsic[B|I]Size
methods there.
