Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search Abobe site for "pdf reference" (search "all of adobe.com")
   link to search results:
http://search.adobe.com/cgi-bin/query?mss=simple&pg=q&what=web&fmt=.&where=www_search_main&superq=pdf+reference&index=AdobeCom&q=pdf+reference
2. Click the second link
(http://partners.adobe.com:80/asn/developer/acrosdk/docs/filefmtspecs/PDFReference.pdf)
3. When prompted for what to do with this document, click "Save"
4. In my case, I try to save it to ~/Download


Actual Results:  Crash

Downloads in MacOS X 20020318* builds known to be broken following download
manager landing. Marking as dupe of main bug 131693 - should be fixed now.
