If you go to edit a value in about:config, when you long click on the entry field, you get options for Copy Name and Copy Value, but you don't get an option to paste.

You do get the option to paste when you create a value.
I am able to paste but it is difficult. Our floating copy/cut/paste menu is difficult to trigger it only seems to respond to tapping directly on the cursor.
