From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.9+)
Gecko/20020319
BuildID: 2002031903

The page I made contains some internal links. It is in french. When I click on a
link (there are four under some text), focus should go to the table which is the
target for the link.

Instead of that, Mozilla goes back to link list ! :-(

It is simpler to see than to explain ! :-)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to that url
2.Click on a link
3.See mozilla jumping back ! :-(

Actual Results: Jump back to link list.

Expected Results: Must go the table targeted by the link.

My code was validated with W3C HTML validator.
I could confirm same on another document. When URL with #foo is entered in URL
bar, it's working fine, but clicking doesn't work.
