Details

If I relaunch the browser after it crashes, the browser window appears, but for
several seconds there is heavy disk activity and the browser is unresponsive to
user input.  My guess is that it's trying to clear out the disk cache or
something.  The larger the disk cache, the longer this takes.

The crash needs to be a hard crash, such that the operating system immediately
terminates the process.  It happens on both Windows 2000 (and probably other
versions of Windows) and OS/2.
