132333 - get message in POP account doesn't display all retrived messages initially

seen on recent builds of windows linux and mac commercial builds.

I hadn't been able to repoduce this consistently until today.  I beleive it has 
been around since monday or tuesday

-launch with a new profile
-open Mail/News and create an imap account and a pop account
-goto the pop account and get messages 

the inbox will show say 6 messages unread, yet there are only 4 messages loaded 
into the thread pane.

-click another folder, then click back on the pop account inbox. 

viola, all 6 messages appear in the thread pane.

Same story with 0318 and 0319 trunk builds on Windows98. To read new mail I have
to change folders and return to Inbox. Otherwise the new mail is invisible. No
problem with 0.9.9 build.

BTW, shouldn't it be the MailNews: FrontEnd component?

I can no longer reproduce this on any platform with builds from yesterday or 
today.
