Convert "SearchEngines:Data" to use BundleEventListener/GeckoBundle, including usages in BrowserSearch, SearchPreferenceCategory, testAddSearchEngine, testDistribution, etc. Also, convert JSON parsing code in various classes. UI thread is used because the event listeners perform various UI operations based on the event data.
