1323738 - [homepage] having a more welcoming homepage for every lang

The current homepage per lang (e.g https://pontoon.mozilla.org/fr/ ) displays a welcoming message but the whole layout is rather dull. 
Though it is very good with it sobriety and distraction free appearance when you are translating, the first contact with "my lang"-pontoon should be more engaging and positive with possibly a pinch of colours. 
I am sorry I am myself of poor help on any graphic job.
What I suggest is : let's have an image zone in the page to insert a localized logo/image/mascot referring to the local language or community (to be discussed)

This is a minor feature request but it may impact somewhat participation of newcomers to the translation game

I agree that our team pages (alongside with other dashboards) look rather dull. As part of bug 1203543, we're planning to change this. You can see a sneak peak of it in the attached screenshot.

I understand this is not exactly what you're looking for, but it should be more colourful, engaging and usable.
