Details

If I highlight any of my bookmarks in the Manage Bookmarks window, and press the
Properties button, or select Properties from the File pulldown menu, nothing
happens. The Rename and Delete buttons do not work either. Sometimes they are
grayed out. Sometimes not. On a very few occasions, the properties window has
finally appeared after 20 or 30 seconds. But then when I try to change another
bookmark, it is again nonfunctonal. I also cannot drag any of my
bookmarks into new positons.
