From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311
BuildID: 2002031104

When I move a browser window and open a new window, it appears where the old
window was, not where it is. New windows are supposed to "stack" from the
current window (or at least they did in previous versions of Mozilla).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a browser window
2. Move it somewhere else on the screen
3. Open another browser window (Ctrl+N)

Actual Results: New window appears where old window originally was.

Expected Results: New window should have appeared where old window currently was .

Moving a window, closing it, then opening several new ones results in the
correct behaviour (they get stacked from where the window was when it was closed).
This worked fine in previous versions of Mozilla.
worksforme on win2K with mozilla trunk build 132388. Please reopen if you can
reproduce with a current nightly build. Thanks.
