Trunk build 2002-03-20: WinMe, Linux RH 7.1

Overview: In the View|Sort by menu item, two menu items share the same mnemonic
"Additional Email" and "Descending" both are using "D", which matches the spec.
What should they be?

Actual Results: Because of this there is no way to use mnemonics to access the
Descending menu item. It always select "Additional Email".

Expected Results: One of these menu items should have a unique mnemonic.
marking nsbeta1 because this might be important for accessibility reasons.

Change "Additional Email" to use "l" instead of "A". Spec will be fixed shortly.

cc'ing our dtd wiz, stephen, in case he wants to take this one. :-)

Verified Fixed, because the mnemonics have changed on all platforms.
Functionality of the mnemonics are working on windows.

Logged a bug on the problem with the sort indicators always appearing in
ascending order on linux and mac (win is ok), bug# 133860. When this bug is
fixed I'll also check that the functionality is working when using the mnemonics.
